1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KidneyRelief.Life ("the Site"), the masterclass, the patient intake form, or any related service (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are operated by Stunning Vistas 501(c)(3), doing business as KidneyRelief.Life, with offices at 12112 Almeda Rd #A5, Houston, TX 77045, USA.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register for the masterclass on your own behalf, complete the intake form, or enter into the clinical program. Minors may participate only when an adult parent or legal guardian completes the intake and provides consent.

3. Educational Content Only — No Doctor-Patient Relationship Implied

All content on the Site — blog posts, masterclass material, downloadable resources, social media content, and email communications other than direct clinical correspondence within an established care relationship — is educational and does not establish a doctor–patient relationship between you and Dr. Priya or any other clinician.

If you wish to become a patient, you must (a) submit the intake form, (b) be evaluated by Dr. Priya, (c) sign the program enrollment agreement and informed consent, and (d) receive written confirmation that the relationship has been established.

4. No Warranties — Outcomes Vary

We make no representation or warranty — express or implied — that you will achieve any particular clinical outcome from any program, supplement, or recommendation referenced on the Site. Case histories are anonymized and represent exceptional results from Dr. Priya's clinical practice. They are presented for educational illustration and do not constitute a guarantee of similar outcomes for any other patient.

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stunning Vistas 501(c)(3), KidneyRelief.Life, Dr. Priya Visweswaran Balakrishnan, MD, our employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or any other intangible loss. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photos, video, audio, code, the REGENEROS framework name, the Regeneretics protocol terminology, the One at a Time™ ESRD protocol designation, and any other proprietary methodology — is the property of Stunning Vistas 501(c)(3) and Dr. Priya Visweswaran Balakrishnan, MD, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and patent law. Selected protocol elements are protected by issued USPTO patents.

You may share blog post links freely and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use substantial portions of the content without prior written permission from care@kidneyrelief.life.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including Dr. Priya or her staff.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, the EMR, or any backend system.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or systematically harvest content from the Site.
  • Distribute viruses, worms, or other malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the Services.
  • Use automated tools to spam contact, intake, or registration forms.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. You may discontinue use of the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law — shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us in good faith at care@kidneyrelief.life and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If we cannot resolve the dispute, the parties may proceed to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Harris County, Texas, or to court as permitted above. You waive the right to participate in any class action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via prominent notice on the Site or by email. Your continued use after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed program enrollment or informed consent documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and KidneyRelief.Life regarding the Services.
